Really enjoyed the process of making this painting. At one point I really didn't know what to expect of it, but I have to say halfway through this painting genuinely surprised me. I am so happy with the energy and - to me - the mischieviousness that comes across in the end. There was a large amount of spontaneity and accident in this piece. For me, this is what is so exciting about the process of painting: accidents that work are a result of the artist putting themselves in the position where anything can happen.....success or failure!!
